The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no forms, accounts, or newsletter. You can read every page here without giving us anything and without us knowing who you are. The only moment you share personal information with us is if you choose to book a call.

Who we are

Your Agent Crew ("we") operates youragentcrew.com. For anything in this policy, you can reach us through our contact page.

What happens when you visit this page

We do not collect anything ourselves. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages record standard technical information — your IP address, the page requested, your browser and operating system, and the time. This is handled by our hosting provider for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. We do not use it to identify you and we do not combine it with anything else.

The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google's privacy policy is linked below. Blocking third-party requests in your browser will not stop this site from working.

When you book a call

Our "Book your free strategy call" button takes you to a booking page hosted by Cal.com. When you book, you give Cal.com your name, your email address, your timezone, and your answers to the booking questions. That information comes to us so we can prepare for and hold the call, and the appointment is added to our calendar.

We use this information for one purpose: to arrange and have the conversation you asked for, and to follow up on it. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else is involved

These are the only third parties that receive any data:

• Cloudflare — Hosting and content delivery for this website. IP address and standard request logs, for delivery and security. Privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — Serves the typefaces this site uses. Your IP address and browser details, when your browser fetches the font files. Privacy policy.
• Cal.com — Runs the booking page for the free strategy call. Only what you enter when booking: your name, email address, timezone, and your answers to the booking questions. Privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or profiling of any kind.

How long we keep things

Booking details and the notes we take about a call are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about the work, and then removed when they are no longer needed. Hosting logs are short-lived and are kept only for the period our hosting provider retains them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, or to have it sent to someone else. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, get in touch through our contact page. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you, and at the latest within one month.

International transfers

The services listed above operate globally, so your information may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Those providers use standard legal safeguards for these transfers.

Children

This website and our services are meant for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles data — for example if we add a contact form or analytics — we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change takes effect.
